Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 September 2026. These terms cover schengentools.com and any digital product bought on it. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.

1 · What this site is

SchengenTools provides free, browser-based planning tools — a visa photo compliance check, a Schengen 90/180 day calculator and a Europe travel checklist — plus an optional paid digital download (the Visa Photo Pack). Everything runs in your browser. We are not a law firm, a visa agency or an immigration consultancy, and nothing here is legal or immigration advice.

2 · No guarantee of a visa outcome

Our tools are planning aids. A photo that passes our check, or a day count our calculator produces, does not guarantee that a consulate, border officer or airline will accept it. Always confirm requirements with the official authority for your destination and check each photo against the latest published specification before you submit it.

3 · Your photos and data

Photo files you upload are processed locally on your own device and are never uploaded to our servers or stored by us. We do not collect passport numbers, travel dates or ID documents. See our Privacy page for the full detail.

4 · Digital product licence

When you buy the Visa Photo Pack you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the generated PDF for your own visa, passport or ID application. You may print it and submit it as required. You may not resell or redistribute it, or present it as your own product.

5 · Price and payment

Paid products are sold at the price shown at checkout, in US dollars. Payment is handled by our merchant of record, Creem, which is the legal seller for the transaction and takes care of tax, invoicing and payment processing. Your receipt and card statement will show Creem.

6 · Refunds

The Visa Photo Pack is a digital product generated instantly on your device and delivered the moment payment completes. Because it cannot be returned, all sales are final once the PDF has been generated and downloaded.

That said, we are not trying to keep money for something that never worked. If the download failed, the file was corrupted, or you were charged twice, email hello@schengentools.com within 14 days with your order number and we will refund you or fix it.

7 · Acceptable use

Do not use the site to process images you have no right to use, to try to break or overload the service, or to scrape it. We may suspend access if the site is abused.

8 · Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
